GSC Northwest HACCP Consultants LLC is a food safety consulting company whose goal is to help small business owners in the meat, poultry and egg products industries maintain compliance with the ever changing demands and mandates of Federal Regulatory Requirements utilizing innovative and economical solutions. We have over 30 years of regulatory experience in the United States Department of Agriculture's Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS), dealing directly with 9 CFR Regulations and particularly the HACCP and SSOP parts (416 & 417). We strive to stay informed about the most current requirements and policies by any and all means from contacts within the federal agency as well as those with trade associations and ongoing continuing education.
